I had never slim down before！！！

how sad... ;(

Recently at home

I kept telling myself not to give any reasons to stop jogging in home..

actually

just realize that

after jogging

it's very fresh and happy to see myself sweating ^^

I love sweating =D
*especially on my chest~
P.S purposely post this photo because it can see my double lip eyes XD~

While running on the jogging machine

I used to listen my music in MP3

suddenly a song had inspire me for a moment

it had recall my memories for my secondary school lifetime
